The VCI Mechanical Service Group offers a comprehensive suite of mechanical HVAC services ranging from Design – Build to Preventive Maintenance. Our licensed HVAC technicians have the added advantage of collaborating with our BAS control technicians to gain a complete understanding of a building, resolving complex customer issues with a single call.
Our partnership with Dimax Performance, and equipped with our VCI-Dimax Performance Monitoring service, affords us the ability to monitor real-time the utility meters and key BAS and systems data in a building. Our expert team makes sense of this data, and by applying advanced web tools can make recommendations to fine tune a building, saving from 5% to 15% of a facilities energy spend without capital expenditure.
Our partnership with Dimax also affords us with the ability to develop sustainable energy retrofit solutions which meet payback and environmental stewardship criteria. Through continuous real-time monitoring and tuning, we are accountable for the results.
