Matrix Controls Inc. (Dimax Controls) and VCI CONTROLS Inc.
are pleased to announce that, effective immediately, Dimax
project and service work will be handled through VCI-Dimax,
a Division of VCI CONTROLS Inc.

Under
this arrangement, Dimax customers will continue to
enjoy the level of service they have become
accustomed to, supported by an organization with
greater breadth of services delivered through
regional offices in Toronto , Ottawa , Montreal and Halifax
We are pleased with this new arrangement as it will
give Dimax the ability to focus exclusively on our
Building Performance business Mr. Paul Silverthorne,
President of Dimax commented.
VCI has a large work
force specializing in the implementation of Building
Management and Control Systems, and they can provide
mechanical and electrical services where required.
